The KNET hosting packages use Cpanel, Cpanel, in my opinion, is the best web management tool and makes ease of managing your site from the server side a breeze, even beginners to web-management will have this tool sussed in no time, setting up e-mail accounts and e-mail forwarding is a breeze with easy guidelines. Scripting for adding web hit counters, clocks, etc are all here and mega easy to install.
The KNET team have helped me endlessly, their customer service is 100%, i have had a couple of small hurdles but easily sorted by the skilled staff. Response time is a genuine 9 out of 10 but being a web designer i would say that because nothings EVER quick enough....even though they are bloody quick....lol, sorry guys!
The server speed and response rate is first class, sites donload to browsers quickly and efficiently, the whole package is amazing. Finding KNET has made my life so much easier, they have helped my business move forward leaps and bounds.
